Mr. Kirk represents major corporations, investment firms and national trade associations before Congress and Executive Branch agencies with an emphasis on tax, finance and corporate matters. Mr. Kirk also has significant experience in representing airports on federal aviation issues.

He engages in lobbying and provides counseling on a variety of public policy and legal issues. Mr. Kirk has considerable prior Congressional experience. He has served on the staff of Congressman John Conyers, former Chairman of the House Committee on Government Operations and currently ranking minority member of the House Committee on the Judiciary. 

 

Mr. Kirk was also a professional staff member of the House Ways and Means Committee and was Staff Director of the Subcommittee on Oversight under former Subcommittee Chairman Charles Rangel, currently ranking minority member of the full Ways and Means Committee.
