Campaign Mobilization Director(s)

Congressional races across country seek talented, hard-working Mobilization Directors. 



Position Summary: The DCCC is seeking experienced Campaign Mobilization Directors to work on competitive congressional races for the 2020 cycle. This position will report to Campaign Field Directors. The Mobilization Director will write digital voter contact scripts, design digital organizing programs and manage corresponding data, work with the field director on sequencing flow, trouble-shoot digital platforms with organizers and volunteers, and operationalize the campaign dialer as well as any additional virtual organizing platforms.   Skills and Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 full election cycle of digital and/or organizing experience 

  • Strong grasp of political organizing tools and tactics  

  • Experience recruiting, training and managing volunteers 

  • Experience managing texting, digital, or data programs on electoral campaigns is a plus 

  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment 

  • Strong attention to detail and writing skills 

  • Must be a strong collaborator with and ability to work in groups 

  • Must be a self-starter and strongly motivated to elect Democrats to the House of Congress.
