Regina Brown brings to CBCI over 15 years of Management, Human Resources Services, and Organizational Development. Regina’s expertise includes, developing customer service programs, customer service training and development, public speaking, leadership, developing employee retention and compensation programs, and management coaching.
Regina is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their resources and talents, and believes that customers and GOOD customer service are vital to any business that intends to grow.
In addition to her accomplishments in HR, Regina developed a website to assist military spouses in self development, is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), and has done quite a bit of volunteer work with various organizations regarding fundraising, customer service, resume writing and career counseling, and Transition Assistant Programs.
Regina currently sits on the board as Communication’s Director at the Naval Academy Primary School, and is also the Vice President of the Naval Officers Spouse Club DC.
Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
Regina is a native of the Washington DC/Metro area and has been a Navy spouse for 11 years now. She has a daughter Nyla, and is married to Commander Bobby Brown Jr.
