Lacy M. Johnson is a partner at Ice Miller, LLP, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Johnson's primary areas of practice focus on governmental services where he counsels in the sports, entertainment and gaming arenas.

A life-long resident of Indianapolis, Lacy received his Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in 1976. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, where he graduated in 1981. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Indiana.

Mr. Johnson serves on the Board of Directors for the Indianapolis Airport Authority, Indiana Black Expo, Conner Prairie, IUPUI Advisory Board, Simon Youth Foundation, Indianapolis Downtown, Inc,. the Skyline Club, Sagamore Institute, Indiana University Foundation, Congressional Black Caucus Political Education and Leadership Institute, Oaks Academy, American Pianists Association, Madame Walker Theatre Center and the Indiana Museum of African American History. He is a member of the United States Democratic Black Caucus PAC Board, the Lawyers Council of the Indianapolis Civil Liberties Union, International Association of Chiefs of Police, Dean's Advisory Council of the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity. He previously served on the boards of the Immigrant Welcome Center, Flanner House, Catholic Youth Organization (CYO), the Damien Center, the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center Advisory Board, and the Indianapolis Public Housing Agency Board. Mr. Johnson has been named in Who's Who in Black Indianapolis, has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer and a Sagamore of the Wabash.
